 Barbecue Cook-Off,
with five categories: 1/2 Chicken, Pork Spare Ribs, Brisket,
Jackpot Beans, and Dutch Oven Desserts! Entry fee is $50
for one or all meat categories, and one
cooked brisket. An additional $10 for the Jackpot Beans, or Dutch Oven
Desserts. Check-in time
is Friday, August 4, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., although cookers are
welcome to set up earlier in the day. Water and electricity are
available, but limited, so "first come-first served", OR prepay $10
extra
to reserve.

 Three meat categories - 1/2 Chicken, Pork Spare Ribs and Brisket. Entry fee for one or all meat categories is $50, plus one cooked brisket. The Jack Pot Beans is an additional $10. Dutch Oven Desserts is an additional $10. Winner of the Bean category splits the pot 50/50. Winner of the Dessert category splits the pot 50/50. First, Second, and Third Place winners receive Cash and Trophies. Fourth through Tenth place receive ribbons. Entry deadline is July 30, 2007. Meat check-in time is 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. August 3rd, 2007. There will be a hamburger dinner provided to all head cooks on Friday night, and Saturday morning, we will provide breakfast for all head cooks Saturday morning! Along with the cash and trophies, all head cooks will have their name placed in a drawing for 20 gallons of fuel!
