It is with deep sympathy that we announce that Frank Cazares, Director of Fine Arts for Donna ISD, passed away Sunday, Oct. 25.

There will be a Candlelight Vigil for Frank Cazares October 29, 2009 at the Fine Arts Courtyard located East of the Simon Sauceda Auditorium from 7-8 PM. Everyone is invited to attend and bring a candle to gather in remembrance of Frank Cazares.

A Memorial Service will be on Saturday, October 31st , 2009, 10:00 AM, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 306 S. D. Salinas Blvd., Donna, Texas 78537.

There will also be a musical celebration of Frank’s life in the Simon Sauceda Auditorium on November 8, 2009. Time is TBD.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you make a contribution to the Donna HS Band Boosters who are setting up a scholarship in Frank’s honor. The contributions can be mailed to:
