2018 marks the first ALL DIGITAL OPS Competition!
Please read all instructions CAREFULLY to note the differences from past years.

When opened in Adobe Reader, some of these forms may be completed on your computer and printed (you will not be able to save the completed form but you can save the blank form. In order to keep a completed copy, print to .PDF):
Director Instructions (all directors considering entering OPS need to read this)
OPS Verification Form (the only paper file needed to send with entry fees)
Non-UIL Contest Approval Form (use to request that a festival or contest be approved)
Approved Non-UIL Contests (a list of non-UIL contests that have already been approved)
For OPS Adjudication (Designated Region and Area Coordinators)
Digital OPS Tabulation File (this file will be made available to each Coordinator by the OPS State Chair)
Digital OPS Tabulation File Instructions (Instructions for the use of the Digital OPS Tabulation File that will be sent to each Coordinator)
OPS Judges Forms (Forms 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4A, and 4B used for adjudication)
Certification of Advancement (former Page 14) will be emailed to participating directors after each level of adjudication showing the final rankings of all adjudicated entries, indicating those advancing to the next level)
Reimbursement Request (for expenses incurred by Designated Region, Area and State Level Adjudications)
OPS Handbook (All things OPS, including ALL instructions and forms necessary for entering OPS and adjudicating an OPS adjudication, particularly if not using online files)
