Auditions:  09/27/08.  Grand Saline HS, Grand Saline, TX Director's meeting at 9:30am.  Auditions begin at 10:00 a.m..
Clinic and Concert:   11/10-11/08  Ford HS, Quinlan. Rehearsal Monday 12 4-8:00 p.m. Rehearsal Tuesday 13 8:30 a.m., Concert at 7:00 p.m.

POLICIES FOR ABSENCES:

 All students MUST make all clinic rehearsals and concert in order to receive a patch.   The Jazz Chair must be notified, in advance, of a conflict that may cause a student to miss PART of a rehearsal.   The Jazz Chair will then discuss it with the Region Coordinator as to whether it will be honored.

NOVEMBER 10, 2008 - 1ST DAY OF CLINIC
Clinic: 4:00 - 8:00 pm
Ford HS, Quinlan

NOVEMBER 11, 2008 - 2ND DAY OF CLINIC AND CONCERT
Clinic:  8:30 AM - 12:00 NOON
Lunch:  12:00 NOON - 1:00 PM
Clinic:  1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

CONCERT
November 11,  2008
Ford High  School Auditorium, Quinlan
7:00 PM
