POLICIES FOR ABSENCES: All
students MUST make all clinic rehearsals and concert in order to receive a
patch. The Jazz Chair must be notified, in advance, of a conflict
that may cause a student to miss PART of a rehearsal. The Jazz Chair
will then discuss it with the Region Coordinator as to whether it will be
honored.
