Presented to the most Exemplary ATSSB Band Programs in Texas each year beginning in 2026. Programs are only eligible to win the award once every ten years. One ATSSB Band Program may be awarded each year.
Its purpose is to identify, recognize and honor exemplary ATSSB Band Programs across the State of Texas with emphasis in the following core areas: Excellence in Performance, Excellence in Community and Excellence in Education.
Nominations are due no later than February 1 of each year. Application material must be uploaded to the ATSSB DropBox by the February 1 deadline.
