Region 21 Clinic and Concert music splits and concert music links.

Directors,
I hope your year is off to a great start.  Please remember to do your marching band safety training and keep copies of that on file.  Be looking for an email soon about Jazz auditions in October.  That contest opens very quickly after the first of the year begins.  As soon as I am able to create the contest I will let everyone know it is active.  Please review the region rules for answers to questions you may have regarding procedures and deadlines.  Remember, “day of” entries are not permitted per the region rules.  We are using Henderson Middle School again this year.  The consensus was that everyone liked everything under one roof and the facilities were better.  Audition information will come closer to mid-November.  As always, please feel free to contact any of us if you have questions.

     Entry Deadline- Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023 @ 11:59 pm

     Hard Deadline- Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023 @ 11:59 pm – Hard deadline – all entries in, no late entries at all.

     Judging will take place @ Bullard High School Thursday, Oct. 5, 2023
