ATSSB Diversity Statement
The Association of Texas Small School Bands believes that the principles of inclusion, diversity and equity are paramount to the success of any organization. Our association is committed to these principles. We believe it is our responsibility to promote inclusion and to seek diversity and equity while instilling a global perspective within our membership and our students. Our association is also committed to promoting inclusion while also seeking diversity and equity with regards to selecting students for honors, locations for auditions/clinics, adjudication panels, selection of leadership, and clinicians regionally and state-wide.
